2. Purpose
This Legal Notice contains the conditions applicable to accessing, browsing and using the Portal, and eventually registering in its private area.By merely accessing and submitting queries, complaints, and generally anything of a similar nature to those done using the forms and/or mailboxes available on the Portal, it shall imply the User's unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the rules included in this Legal Notice, and the acquisition of the status of Portal User. Accordingly, the User must carefully read and understand the content of this Notice.

VOELKER reserves the right to change any contractual conditions described on this website without prior notice.The User also agrees to use the content, products and services offered on this website diligently, correctly and lawfully, in accordance with the legislation in force, and in particular, undertakes to refrain from:
- Using it for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morals, good customs, public order and the specific instructions received from the Entity.
- The User also undertakes to refrain from using the content of the Portal for the purposes of harming the legitimate rights of others.
5. Responsibilities and Limitations
The Entity cannot guarantee the continuity of information provided through the Portal, nor the absolute impregnability of its content. Accordingly, the Entity cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the continuity of services for reasons outside or beyond the control of VOELKER.Nevertheless, VOELKER declares that it has taken all necessary measures available to it based on its current technology, in order to ensure the correct functioning of the Portal and prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.
The Entity makes every effort to prevent errors in the content published on the Portal, without ensuring its impregnability.
6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The Entity owns or has obtained the relevant license on the rights to exploit intellectual and industrial property and the images included in content on the Portal. This content includes, but is not limited to, text, graphic designs, drawings, coding, software, photographs, videos, sounds, databases, indexes, images, brands, logos, expressions and information, and in general, any other creation protected by national regulations and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property (hereafter the Content, collectively).All intellectual and industrial property rights are reserved for this Content, and in particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute in any way all or part of the Content included on the Portal, whenever this is done for purposes contrary to the commercial interests of VOELKER.

Links from the Portal to other websites:The Entity may provide direct or indirect links to resources or websites that are outside the Portal. The presence of these links on the Portal is for information purposes only, and shall never constitute an invitation to purchase products and/or services offered or that may be offered on the target websites, or imply the existence of a link or commercial relationship or dependency on the linked entity.
The Entity does not have the ability or human or technical means to know, control or approve all information, content, products or services provided by other websites that establish links from the Portal. Accordingly, VOELKER cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the linked websites; specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, its inability to assume any responsibility for their functioning, access, information, files, quality and the reliability of their products and services, their own links and/or any of their content in general.
Nevertheless, if VOELKER becomes aware that the activity or information to which it is linked is illegal, criminal or could damage the property or rights of a third party, it shall act with due diligence to remove or disable the link as soon as possible. Moreover, if Users become aware of illegal activities carried out through these third party websites, they must immediately notify the Entity so that it can proceed to disable the link as soon as possible.
Links from other websites to the Portal:
If any User, entity or website wishes to establish any type of link to the VOELKER Portal, the following stipulations must be complied with:
- The link can only be established for information purposes or for the purposes of promoting the commercial interests of VOELKER in a positive way. It is strictly forbidden to establish links whose purpose is defamatory or denigrative, or that aim to compare the products and services of the Entity in a damaging manner.
- The link must be absolute and complete, which is to say, it must direct the User to the homepage via a single click, and the full extent of the Portal's homepage screen must be displayed. Unless otherwise authorised by the Entity in writing, the website from which the link is established must never reproduce the Portal in any way, include it as part of its website or within one of its frames, or create a browser on any of the pages of the Portal.
- In any case, the Entity prohibits the establishment of links to the Portal from any websites that contain illicit, illegal, degrading or obscene material, information or content, or that in any other way contravene morality, public order, current legislation and the generally accepted social norms or are harmful to the legitimate rights of others.
8. Privacy Policy
The eventual collection and processing of personal data of users who have submitted complaints and inquiries shall be carried out in accordance and in compliance with the principles contained in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Data Protection (LOPD), Royal Decree 1720/2007 and other implementing regulations.The processing of User data shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of good faith and transparency, and in particular, shall be subject to a duty of confidentiality and secrecy, for which the Entity has adopted reasonably adequate security measures to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized access or damage to personal data and registered information.
Users have access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights, which they can exercise by posting a letter to the head office duly justifying the scope of their request and enclosing a copy of their ID with the ref. 9. Term and Amendment
The Entity reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice and/or any special conditions established to use and/or contract the products or services provided through the Portal, whenever it is deemed appropriate or required to adapt to legislative and technological changes, and any such amendments shall be valid and effective as soon as they are published on the Portal.Accordingly, the validity of these conditions of use shall coincide with the time of their publication, until they are amended in whole or in part, at which point the amended conditions of use will come into effect.
The Entity may terminate, suspend or discontinue access to the content on the website at any time without prior notice, and Users shall not be entitled to demand compensation of any kind. Upon such termination, the prohibitions on using the content set out above in this Legal Notice shall remain in force.
