Provisional Programme:
The first part will hear from three prominent speakers about the ADR rules according to the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS): proceedings, German legal methodology and price examples.
In the second part 4 panel discussions, formed by experts and practitioners, will explore the practice, challenges and results of ADR proceedings, focused on mediation and arbitration in the business sectors of “Construction / EPC”, “Industry 4.0 / Automotive”, “BioTech” and “Familiy Business”

Call for Papers:
The Organising Committee welcomes legal experts (external legal advisers, inhouse lawyers, legal scientists, etc.) and corporate or family business manager to submit an abstract of a paper to participate as member of one of the following panels:
P1 Construction / EPC
P2 Industry 4.0 - IoT / Automotive
P3 BioTech
P4 Familiy Business
Each panel will be composed of 3 experts and 1 moderator. Each expert has 10 Minutes to present his key messages in Spanish regarding practice examples, challenges and results of ADR proceedings, focused on mediation and arbitration, in the corresponding business sectors. These key messages will be discussed between the panel members and the audience in Spanish and English. As possible key messages the Organising Committee expects preferably: brief case descriptions, actual legal/practical problems of ADR proceedings and “lesson learned” examples.
